Jane began joyfully participating in worship music at the age of three when she joined the Sunbeams Choir at her church.
Before long, choir festivals, youth retreats, and summer camps inspired her to develop leadership skills, which were put to use on mission trips, and eventually on college campuses, including a four-year music director stint at Columbia University in St. Paul's Chapel on Sunday evenings.
Jane earned a degree in Music Theory from the Manhattan School of Music with a concentration in Piano and Composition. The monumental influence of Robert Shaw, a prestigious choral conductor in Georgia and beyond, then drew her back to Atlanta to complete her Choral Conducting Degree at Georgia State University.
Jane and her husband are currently artists-in-residence at thriving landmark church on Manhattan's West Side.
